1.1 Please read these term s and conditions carefully before ordering any services from Airport Mini Cabs, ('we' or 'us'). In particular, we draw your attention to clauses 8 (Availability to people in the United Kingdom only) and 9 (Liability).
1.2 By ordering any services from our web site, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions of use as they apply to your order. These terms and conditions apply to all Services supplied by us to you and we agree that these are the only conditions that will apply.
1.3 If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then regrettably you may not order any services from our web site.
2. Nature of our web site
2.1 Our web site is a place for you to order a registered mini taxi service to take you to and/or from your specified destinations. Our web site describes the service in more detail.
2.2 Please note the contents of our website are aimed only a users aged 18 or over to purchase the Service, using the payment method displayed on our web site.
3.1 To order a Service you must follow the ordering procedures set out on our quote page of our web site. All orders must be placed 24 hours in advance of your departure.
3.2 We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you. If your order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance by you by online electronic means ('Confirmation') to the email address you have given us on ordering. Subject to clauses 3.3 and 5, the order will then be fulfilled on the date set out in the confirmation.
3.3 You promise to us that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the Service will be correct, that the credit or debit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the Service. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with the Service. If validation cannot be obtained and payment is not made, we reserve the right to cancel the Confirmation and the Service will not be performed. We will advise you as soon as possible to the email address you have given us if we have to cancel the Service you have booked.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1 Details of our prices for the Service, and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed as part of our quote through the web site. We may change the price of any service on our web site before you can place an order. We try to ensure that our prices displayed on our web site are accurate but the price on your order will need to be validated by us as part of the acceptance procedure (see clause 3.2 above). We will inform you if a Service's correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order and decide whether or not to order the Service at the correct price. If you cancel the order, we will refund you all monies you have paid.
4.2 Prices quoted are per vehicle. Each passenger is entitled to carry with them one standard suitcase or holdall and one piece of hand luggage of a similar size as allowed by airlines. Please contact us prior to travel if you are travelling with golf clubs, surf boards or any other exceptional item as a larger vehicle size may be required.
4.3 We charge an additional surcharge of 50% on the prices listed on this site, these come into effect on 24, 25, 26, 31 December as well as 1 Jan.
4.4 If a customer makes more than one stop on the journey an additional charge is applied (minimum £5) or any other diversion on the way.
4.5 If you are making more than one stop or making any changes to your journey you need to inform us 24 hour in advance.
4.6 We provide 40 minutes waiting time free once the flight has landed, and thereafter the charge will be £5 per 15 minutes. If there is a pickup from London we allow 15 minutes waiting time free for the time you have asked for a pickup, after that there is a waiting charge of £5 per 15 minute waiting time.
4.7 All prices are based on direct trips; we assume that the passengers are ready to go this mean our fares are based on a direct trip with passengers being ready to travel at the time and place as specified.
4.8 We accept payments in cash and credit cards. We charge credit cards 24 hrs in advance. If you are paying by cash your credit card details will be used as security. In the event of you not turning up you will be liable for the entire amount and it would be considered as 'no show'.
4.9 If you are picked up from a UK address the driver will wait up and till 30 minutes after the time the booking was made for. If we are unable to make contact with the passenger (ringing the doorbell and calling the contact phone number) we will pull the driver away and the passenger will be responsible for the full cost.
4.10 Drivers enter the airport after the flight has landed. You have 40 minutes free after the flight has landed after that waiting charges apply. We charge £5 for every 15 minutes and £20 for an hour.
If the driver is unable to contact you he will put a call out for you with your name and surname. If the passenger fails to show 15 minutes thereafter he has the right to pull out and the passenger will be liable for the full price.
4.11 If you the passenger have been waiting at the information desk of the airport and fail to make contact the driver, you need to call the company. Passenger not leave the airport without letting the companies know as this will be regarded as a 'no show'.
5.1 We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that your taxi collects you from your collection point at the time set out in your Confirmation. However, we will not be liable for any loss or costs you suffer or incur through any reasonable or unavoidable delays and it is your responsibility to ensure that you book the taxi to collect you in time. We will not be responsible for any losses you suffer (including for example any missed flight). (DUE TO YOUR FAILURE TO ALLOW SUFFICIENT TIME FOR YOUR JOURNEY)
5.2 If your outbound flight is delayed, your Service will automatically be amended and your taxi will collect you at your revised time of arrival. Please note additional night supplements may be available.
5.3 It is the customers responsibility to travel with their booking confirmation which lists arrival instructions (which differ in each airport) and all of the relevant local contact numbers in the event of an emergency and the local office reconfirmation hours and contact number. This is made clear at the end of the booking process. We accept no responsibility or compensation claims for any loss of service should the customer not travel with their booking confirmation.
5.4 We the companies are not liable for damage to your bags; it is your duty to check how your bags are loaded on to the cars.
5.5 Airport Minicabs is not liable for passengers missing their flight due to traffic, flight delay, or conditions beyond the control of the company.
5.6 We as a company Airport Minicabs do not provide any compensation for you missing your flight or journey.
5.7 All bookings need to be done through office, if you the passenger make any booking with drivers we will not be hold responsible.
6. Variation and Cancellation
6.1 If your details change, you can amend your booking up to 24 hours prior to your collection, subject to payment of any difference in the applicable prices in accordance with clause 4 above. We reserve the right to charge a £20 administration for any booking that is amended at any time prior to departure.
6.2 You may cancel your booking at any time. The following cancellation policy will apply. Inside 24 hours of the collection date 100% cancellation fees will apply – no monies will be refunded.
6.3 A booking can be altered or cancelled with our permission only. All bookings need to be altered in written by email or fax.
6.4 We need 24hr advance notice if you are booking online and if the advance notice is less then 24hr we reserve the right to cancel the booking. We will refund only 50% of your payment back to your card. If your booking is less then 24hr notice please call the office to make a booking.
6.5 The Drivers have the right to cancel the jobs if there is a delay done by the airline or the flight is delayed by more than 15mins.
6.6 All cancellations are at the discretion of Airport Minicabs.
7. Information you provide
7.1 The following applies to any information you provide to us, for example during any registration or ordering process:

You also agree that the Purposes may be amended to include other uses or disclosures of Personal Information following notification to you by means of a notice on our web site, which you should check regularly. 8. Availability to people in the United Kingdom only
8.1 Our website is controlled and operated by us from our offices.
8.2 We have used our best efforts to ensure that our web site complies with United Kingdom laws. However, we cannot confirm that the Services or the materials on our web site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside of the United Kingdom. To the extent that local laws override any provision of these terms and conditions, the relevant position shall be deemed amended to comply with such law or, to the extent that such amendment is not possible, the provision shall be deemed stricken and the remaining provisions shall continue with full effect.
9.1 We promise that all Services you purchase from our web site will be performed with reasonable skill and care and, as far as reasonable possible, in accordance with our agreement. We will do our best to ensure that all materials and information published on our web site are accurate, but please note that all materials and information on our web site are provided on an 'as is' basis.
9.2 The Services are provided to you for private domestic use only and this is a consumer contract. Accordingly, we accept no liability for any business loss (which includes without limitation any loss of contracts, loss of profits, loss of revenue or loss of anticipated savings in expenditure or any loss or corruption of data) however caused, even if foreseeable. We reserve the right to subcontract the provision of the Services to third parties and in such situations, our liability is limited to ensure that we use due care and skill in the selection of the third party to provide the Services. These exclusions do not apply to any liability we may have for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence and for which our liability is unlimited.
9.3 If we are liable to you for any reason, our liability will be limited to the direct costs you incur which are a foreseeable consequence of our failure. This limit does not apply to any liability we may have for death or personal injury resulting for our negligence and for which our liability is unlimited.
10.1 If you wish to rely on any variations to these terms and obligations, you should ensure that such variations are agreed with us in writing as soon as possible.
10.2 We may transfer or subcontract and or all of our rights and obligations under these terms and conditions at any times.
10.3 We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our web site, following which all use of our web site will be governed by that version. You must check the terms and conditions on the web site regularly. The terms governing the purchase of any Service will be the terms in place at the time of your order.
10.5 A person who is not party to our agreement has no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term to this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of another party which exists or is available from that Act.
10.6 If any provision or term does not of these terms and conditions shall become or be declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, such term or provision shall be deleted but all other terms will remain valid.
10.7 These terms and conditions and your use of our web site are governed by the laws of the relevant part of the United Kingdom and the relevant Courts of the United Kingdom shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising between us in relation to this Agreement.
10.8 Neither you nor us will be held liable for any failure to perform any obligation to the other due to causes beyond your or our respective reasonable control.
10.9 Failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy under this agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
10.10 Illustrations, photographs and descriptions on the website, brochures, pricelists or documents serve merely as a guide and will not be binding.

11.2 Notice shall be deemed received when an email is received in full (or else on the next business day if it is received on a weekend or a public holiday in the place of receipt), when a phone call is made or 48 hours after the date of posting.
12.1 These terms and conditions, any order form and payment method instructions, if any, replace all other terms and conditions previously applicable to the use of our web site and/or sale of the Service.
Privacy and Security Policy
Airport Minicabs collects two types of information
1) Personal Details
We require your personal details such as name, address, phone number, email address, this helps the driver in case he needs to pick you from your home address or drop you to your destination.
2) Credit Card Details
We require credit card details if you are paying by credit card or you are paying cash. We require a security to insure that our drivers get paid and that you will show up at the airport. The following information is required: credit card number, Start date, expiry date, security code, issue number, name on the card, billing address of the card. If false information is given in regards to the card we will not dispatch the driver as we would presume that it is not a genuine booking. We do not store any of your personal information on our database nor do we provide any of personal details to anyone.
Payments made on this site is via a secure server which is provided by Protx
